You must be of legal age and, where acting for an organisation, have authority to bind it. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for the prompts you submit, how you use outputs, verifying their accuracy, and having the necessary rights to any content you input. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given purpose, and are not a substitute for professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise). We may moderate, filter, or refuse outputs and may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
We retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including software, documentation, and branding. Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have selected. You retain rights in the content you input and, subject to applicable law, in outputs generated for you.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable period, subject to legal retention obligations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI MARKETING GROWTH is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
